Terms :

All goods are sold in the condition they are in and which is well-known by the customer. No guarantee or warranty is included. Firma Martin is exempt from describing the goods anyfurther.
Placing a bid is irrevocable and is to be considered as placing a confirmed order.
Transport, breaking down, loading, etc... is not included in the bid price.
Collecting your items will need to be done within the time frame wich you will receive. The time frame will be at least 2 weeks.
Your payment should be registered in our bankaccount at least 4 days before collecting.
Since the delivery address is our address VAT is required for all customers.
Returns are not possible.
Each bid will be confirmed by e-mail whithout guarantee of ownership. After expiry of the bidding period you will receive an e-mail confirming your highest bid.
When registering an account you will receive an e-mail confirming these terms for you information.
Acces to your account is only possible after confirming the sms-code which will be sent to your mobilephone. This makes your account personal and secure and confirms your identity upon each acces.
Both parties agree that the language for this auction and any documents following a confirmed highest bid is ENGLISH.
